Q.  How often do I need to Pressure Wash my house?

A.  The frequency of cleanings depends on your house.  Most homes should be

done twice a year. This will insure that your home stays clean & free of mold

     and algae.

Q.  Does my Homeowners Association require  me to get my home

     Pressure Washed?

A.  You should check with your HOA. Many HOA's do require you to pressure

wash your house. If they notice mold or algae on your home, or if someone

calls them and complains, they may send you a letter giving you a deadline to

get the cleaning done.  This can be avoided by getting on a routine

     maintenance program.

Q.  On the day of my cleaning, do I need to do anything to prepare?

A.  The only thing that you need to do is make sure that all your windows and

doors are closed. This applies to pressure washing only. Otherwise, just sit

back and relax, we will do the rest.

Q.  Does HIGH Pressure Cleaning mean that the job will take less time,

     or do a better job?

A.  No, in fact 90% of the homes that we clean are cleaned with LOW Pressure.

High Pressure is mostly needed when cleaning concrete or hard to clean areas.

Q.  If I have a Window Cleaning scheduled and the forecast calls for

rain, do I need to call and reschedule?

A.  NO. We continue as scheduled unless it is raining steadily.  Rain in the forecast

doesn't guarantee that we will see rain.  Also, light precipitation does not affect

     the quality of the job.

If it is raining steadily, we will make every attempt to do the inside &

reschedule the outside for another day.  If you prefer, we can always

reschedule the entire appointment for another day.

Q.  When you clean my windows, do you do anything to protect my floor

     and walls?

A.  Absolutely, we use shoe covers and drop clothes to protect your carpet and

hardwood floors. Also, all of our ladders are covered with a protective bonnet

to protect your walls and mouldings.

Q.  Will the soap you use damage my window tint (film)?

A.  NO. All of the soaps we use are safe on window tints & films.  If you allow

smoking in your home and you have tinted windows, please notify us.

Sometimes we use ammonia to remove the nicotine from your windows, and

ammonia will damage the window tint.

Q. Do I need to be home for a pressure cleaning appointment?

A. NO. We can do the cleaning without you there as long as everything being

cleaned is on the exterior of the home.
